Conservation, Restoration, and Renovation of the Cathedral
An iconic image of Geneva, Saint-Pierre Cathedral regularly undergoes restorations and occasional reconfigurations. A panel of experts determines and prioritizes the necessary interventions, which our firm, acting as consulting architect for the Fondation des Clefs de Saint-Pierre since 2006, has had the opportunity to lead.
To date, the various projects completed on the site include
- Complete restoration of the Chapel of the Macchabées
- Restoration and creation of the walkways in the “Promenade Between Two Towers”
- Conservation and restoration of the Watch Room
- Renovation of the Portugal Chapel
- Development of the ticket office and gift shop
- Interior and exterior scenography and lighting
All works are carried out while the Cathedral remains fully operational.
