Located in the heart of the Old Town, this building is one of the oldest in the city. Its renovation preserves an exceptional architectural heritage while adapting it to contemporary standards, thanks to constant and constructive dialogue with the Department of Monuments and Sites.
The works concern the entire building, from the basement to the roof. They include the load-bearing structure, in order to ensure the safety and long-term durability of the building; the envelope, to protect and enhance the historic architecture; and the technical and sanitary installations, to provide comfort and habitability in line with current standards.
