Construction of a 12-unit apartment building
Located on a plot in zone 4B in Châtelaine, the five-story building is attached to an existing structure and opens onto three façades. The entrance, located on Chemin de Maisonneuve, leads to a naturally lit vertical circulation core that serves 12 apartments of various types, each extended by a balcony.
The prefabricated concrete structure ensures efficient construction and smooth, understated façades.
