Vertical Extension of a Residential Building for the Elderly (IEPA)
The renovation project concerns a 42-unit residential building with support for the elderly (IEPA). Built in 1977, the building provides daytime social support and nighttime supervision. The aim is to improve residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life, while ensuring the long-term durability of the building.
The works include the renovation of kitchens and bathrooms adapted for the elderly, modernization of the elevator and ventilation systems, as well as the treatment of façades and surrounding exterior areas.
Emphasis is placed on sustainability, energy performance, and accessibility, while respecting the building’s existing aesthetic.
