Designed by Pierre Braillard in the 1960s, the building at 11–15 Rue des Eaux-Vives has been completely renovated and vertically extended in line with the existing structure to create five new apartments.
The project also includes the renovation and code compliance upgrade of the entire building in order to reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
The renovation is certified High Energy Performance (HPE Rénovation), and all apartments comply with RGL standards. Carried out on an occupied site without a fixed crane, the project is being carefully organized to ensure the comfort and safety of tenants, with regular communication, a relocation schedule, and strict separation of work areas.
