Architectural work by Vincent Lamouroux

In 2024, the Museum of Art and History launched PlasMAH, a new summer event inviting designers, architects, and artists to take over the museum’s inner courtyard. Each project results in an object or construction that highlights Marc Camoletti’s architecture and proposes new ways of experiencing the museum, in line with its future expansion and restoration.

Entrusted to artist Vincent Lamouroux, the first edition of PlasMAH features a 28-meter-long walkway connecting two opposite façades of the museum at a height of more than 8 meters above the ground. Offering new perspectives on symmetry, volume, and transparency, the installation creates an aerial shortcut between the two façades and triggers a physical experience of vertigo.
Ganz Muller Architects’ involvement included project development, building permits, and architectural supervision.
