This five-story conversion and rooftop addition project is located in the immediate vicinity of Cornavin station, within a dense block bordering the railroad tracks.

The mixed-use, diverse program includes market-rate apartments, 31 hotel-apartment studios, offices, storage spaces, as well as a wine cellar and wine bar. The complex is spread over nine floors. The basement houses the wine cellar and tasting area, while the ground floor and first floor are dedicated to storage and offices, and floors 2 to 6 to apartment hotels. To promote light and conviviality, these floors are organized around a large central atrium. The top floor is reserved for private apartments.
