It exemplifies the continuity of a major historical heritage that remains in daily use and actively inhabited.<\/p>\n\n<p>The project forms part of a comprehensive restoration program combined with targeted energy upgrades. Its objective is to improve residents\u2019 comfort and enhance the building\u2019s energy performance in a sustainable manner, while preserving the integrity of the historic envelope, the original materials, and the architectural quality of the fa\u00e7ades. <\/p>\n\n<p>Developed in close collaboration with the Service des Monuments et Sites (SMS) and the Office cantonal de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (OCEN), the intervention includes :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>restoration of the stone fa\u00e7ades and sculpted elements ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>repairs and thermal insulating of the roof ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>renovation of the historic interior windows with the installation of insulated glazing ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restoration of the winter windows with drawn glass, and renovation of the shutters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The replacement of the existing heating system with a pellet boiler completes the set of measures implemented, contributing to the building\u2019s long-term sustainability, a reduction in its environmental impact, and an improved quality of life for its occupants.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":4631,"template":"","realisations_categorie":[41],"realisations_statut":[48],"class_list":["post-4780","devcp-realisations","type-devcp-realisations","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","realisations_categorie-collective-housing","realisations_statut-in-progress"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
