Blue Bath Spa & Hammam +

3,000 m² dedicated to wellness by the lake

Located on the edge of Geneva Beach Park, the Bain Bleu building brings the entire site to life all year round. The visible part of the building stands out for its concrete façade, formed by a solid base crowned with an attic, whose skin is composed of concrete panels carved into oriental-inspired mashrabiya screens. At night, these panels light up in different colours to bring visual animation to the site – the square in which the Bain Bleu is located is an integral part of the project.

Spread over three levels, the building includes indoor and outdoor baths, a hammam, a spa, relaxation areas, a restaurant and a terrace.

The project is powered by renewable energy: the heating requirements of the building and pools are met by heat pumps using water from the lake. The electricity needed to power the heat pumps is generated on site by a natural gas cogeneration system.

Every night, 240 m3 of water is stored inside the building to conserve the heat from the outdoor pool. To increase efficiency, the heat pump installation is shared with Geneva-Beach.
