The project consists of the addition of one floor and an attic level, combined with the complete renovation of the existing apartments. The new construction integrates seamlessly into the architectural continuity of the original building.
In order to ensure the stability and long-term durability of the building, structural and seismic reinforcements have been integrated. The renovation of the façade and the optimization of the thermal envelope, combined with the installation of solar panels and a heat pump, now enable the building to meet the Minergie energy standard.
The project also includes the complete renovation of the technical installations (sanitary systems, electrical installations, and ventilation), as well as compliance with fire safety regulations, ensuring comfort, performance, and safety for the residents. The works are carried out on an occupied site, requiring close coordination between the construction teams and the tenants in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project and to minimize disturbances.
