Timber vertical extension and renovation of a 19th-century building.
The building on Rue de la Terrassière was in a dilapidated state. The project includes a vertical extension as well as a complete renovation of the entire building.
The timber-framed extension is distinguished by a cladding of vertical slats and metal shutters, whose decorative motifs are inspired by neighboring buildings, ensuring seamless integration into the existing urban fabric.
The interior of the building has been completely redesigned to provide contemporary and functional apartments. Each floor offers a variety of apartment types — from studios to five-room units. The units in the added floors are designed as duplexes and feature private rooftop terraces.
